No, I am just going on memory of playing this level years ago. Every time I played and had a fighter go berserk, it would never cross over into the impassable poly. It would follow me up to the boundary, but then always turn back. Not a big deal. Just another (seemingly) minor monster behavioral difference between the beta and from what I remember about the original game.
