This is a good point. And if you can't make it back to the 2X recharger you won't be able to progress any further either. Suicide trap.
And it gets worse. Guess where you have to restart your game from? :(
Thanks God for the Chicago Convention. This type of perverse inhumane gaming torture is now in the past. Though not for us die-hard PID/Marathon retro-gaming masochists. ;)
