Indeed. Playing on Normal makes -me- angry.
As for lines, the Moo ending is right up there for me:
"To you, we are deeply grateful, and release what little hold we might, as Durandal, have had on your soul.
Go."
Talk about chills. Not just for all we'd been through, but because it was ending. Or was it?
"The creature, or creatures S'bhuth fears are either dormant or a myth--we've seen nothing to account for his terror."
This, as well, after what we, and only we, have been through and (think we) know/remember in this timeline.

the one remains oblique and pure"
Indeed.
I still have to read up your notes on applying terminal formatting on here :)!
