Did anyone ever hear the switch error sound (20180) in a vacuum level (Namely, G4 Sunbathing, but I've heard it in the M1 scenario Phoenix Falling as well) when punching a wall, or sometimes around Troopers?
You can punch most any wall, right in the starting room, in fact. Troopers are weird, though. You can sometimes hear it as they fire grenades at you, and I think also when the grenades hit a wall. I believe I've also heard the sound randomly when there's a Trooper jam in the hallway with the airlock doors.
I could hear it on my old Mac, and I still can in SheepShaver. Neither of the Aleph One betas have it.
Am I haunted by the ghost of some lonely Marathon switch panel, and no one else can hear it?
