He never screamed from normal damage. I'm not sure about the flame damagetype (never played the original online (which I hope to change with this :D)), but he didn't scream from lava or goo. He made the suffocation sound when he ran out of oxygen, and the flaming death scream when he was crushed, which… he doesn't seem to be making now. In addition, he made the hard death sound for both of those. Currently, he only splashes hard when crushed.


I always wondered what his suffocation sound even was. A muffled kazoo? There's gotta be something I'm not hearing here.
