Who.

REB is Raul Bonilla.

He was very active in the Marathon scene around the turn of the century. He lead the M1 to M1A1 conversion and converted a number of other maps/scenarios so they would work with Aleph One. He actively contributed to the Story page and also transcribed the Marathon Scrapbook and was part of the Found Delivery terminal reformatting project team. He probably did a whole bunch of other stuff but that's what comes to mind first.

He is no longer active in Marathon scene as far as I can tell.
