Spot on. The post is by Craig. The person Craig was looking for, Vic Lennard, was the editor of MacAction. No idea what happened to him after MacAction folded.
Is this the same Vic as the one in the file name "VicOnARealBadDay" ? I don't know. Perhaps Craig renamed his "macaction" image to "VicOnARealBadDay" and this is the one Bungie ended up with for their Wallpaper. Either that or the guy who did the Wallpaper just happened to call it that.
I prefer the former. But only Craig can say for certain.
