"Marathon 2: Durandal Strategy Guide" ? *LINK*

So I was looking through some files on the Trilogy discs and came across Bungie's announcement for Marathon Infinity (Story site link below). Included in the announcement is a reference to a Strategy Guide for Marathon 2 by Tuncer Deniz.

I know of, and have, the M1 Guide by Deniz, and I've seen several online guides for M2, but I can't think of ever hearing of an actual book.

Was this ever released? Scrapped? Waiting for the 20/10 pack?

The only other reference I've seen is a single mention on the "What's in a Name?" page on the Story site.
