Marathon 2, always crashes on co-op map change

Hey guys, I've no idea where else to post this, so apologies if it's in the wrong place. Whenever I play co-op with my friends we can never get further than whatever level we initially load, because it crashes each time we try to enter a new one. I'll try to get a game going as soon as possible so I can post the exact error code.

We're all playing on Windows Vista, and it happens when either one of us hosts.
