Need Assistance in getting BOB sounds (OS X user)

Okay, I just started playing Marathon again, and I find myself wanting to extract the voices used for BOB in all three games.

However, my skills never increased so unless someone shows me how to do it, I can't figure out SheepShaver, and I'm to retarded otherwise.

Can anyone help me out in either extracting the BOB voices and uploading them onto a site like Rapidshare?

I appreciate it if you can help me out since I'm stumped.
