I completely understand your attitude toward electronica, and I agree. A lot of it is rather disappointing to say the least. I believe that it has a lot of potential, but the instruments, like anything else, must be used in the right way. Some of it, though, is very beautiful. Some of my favorite artists include Aphex Twin, Metamatics, Lemon Jelly, and Steve Roach (hardly anyone knows about him, but I'm sure he's more well-known than I am).
Anyway, I particularly enjoyed New Pacific. I have even added it to a list of songs for a CD I am going to be burning for driving music.
Is there anything you are envisioning, which you would like to have in your collection of tracks?
