I messed something up on "Dread Not" (Eternal x)

I accidently clicked the self-destruction button twice, and when I was on my way to the exit terminal, the door leading to the room wasn't opened fully. The switch couldn't be used any more after accidentally clicking it one time too much. Is there any way I can get around this? I'm open to anything, like directly editing the save file or using some kind of cheat. I'd really rather not start over completely because my finger twitched. :/
