Has anyone played "Return to marathon"? It's creepy.
About it:

180 years after the attack on the Marathon the player wakes up in a stasis tank aboard a small UESC rescue ship called the "Kubrick". The A.I. on the ship named "Egon" says that he is detecting signals from the UESC Marathon ,which was abandoned by the UESC fifty years earlier, which is drifting in space a few kilometers away. The player gets his magnums and a plasma pistol and uses a jetpack to board the Marathon. Then he finds things you wouldn't want to know about...

I like how it uses original Marathon levels which gives it a familiar ,yet scary, environment.
It uses an older version of Aleph one though. It's only three levels because, unfortunetly, it never got completed :(. But each level uses two or three Marathon 1 levels. You can get the game http://bighouse.bungie.org/rtm/ . Good luck.
