Hysterical Womb (Eternal)

Hi just wondering if there is a secret part to the Eternal level 'Hysterical Womb'. Once completed, I looked at the map zoomed right out and saw that there were 5 or so red dots off the top right of the map, meaning there must be beasties to kill there. Anyone tell me how the hell I get there? I've searched the map for secret doors/transporter polys when playing the game. Any help would be appreciated. I'm loving Eternal!
