Ah, that I hadn't considered. The saved games thing I mean... since I had planned to replace the old map. Hmm... that's something to think about. Can't you say "ok" to the error and then play through the rest of that level (which is saved in the saved game), and then the next level is from the new map? Or does it error out on loading the next level? It's been a while...

No, I'm generally averse to the concept of installers.
