Marathon sounds in .WAV format

I'm trying to get marathon sound files for use in a mod of another game, but the only editors of the sound file I can find (Wail, M2 Sound Converter) are mac-only. Is there a way for a Windows user to get the M2/Moo sounds in wav format?
