I just tried that link and got a "Server not found" error, so I guess Traxus is the only one left. There's Bungiepedia, but its front page states:

Although brief information (as well as links to more comprehensive sites) can be found here about Bungie's popular video games such as the Halo Trilogy, the Myth series and the Marathon Trilogy, this Wikia is devoted to Bungie Studios rather than its games.
And there's the Aleph One Wiki, but that seems like it would have only a little overlap with a general Marathon wiki.
Conclusion: Traxus is now the place to go for compiling Marathon story knowledge, history, and fan culture.
