Hello once again. W'rkncacnter and I have been hard at work on out map utility, now called JUICE. In fact, we have a new version ready for you. Here's part of the Readme, so you know what's going on (skip to the bottom for the link to the JUICE homepage):

JUICE is a Java-based editor for Aleph One's Map file format. Instead of being a complete editor like Forge, Obed, or MapEditorOne, we aim to edit a few select things in map files. In its present form, JUICE edits:
* Game type flags (Single-Player, Co-op, Every Man For Himself, etc.)
* Level select name
* Overhead map name
* Environment flags (Magnetic, Rebellion, etc.)
* Mission flags (Rescue, repair, etc.)
* Landscape type
In short, it edits everything that Forge's Level Parameters can edit, and a little more. We took out the ability to edit which texture set the level was using, because it caused the level to become entirely untextured, and because it's more in the domain of a complete graphical editor like Forge to do something like that.
JUICE will work on any kind of merged map file, including:
* Merged Forge levels
* Obed levels
* MapEditorOne levels
* Pfhorte 2+ levels

JUICE is, of course, released under the GPL, and this release has an entire (organized) ./src/ directory for the source. We've also included our notes on the information about the map file format that we've collected. Both the source and the notes should help if you want to work on something similar.
