It's possible, but we're looking for epic looking alien architecture. Most Jjaro levels could easily be considered "S'pht" style maps from M2 in their architecture. I've been particularly impressed with the designs of Simon from the Portal of Sigma scenario - very ancient, very epic looking designs.
As long as there's some original content in these maps, I don't see an issue.
