Depending on the operating system, you can make your own! Windows has a program called PhysicsEditorOne by an enterprising Japanese fellow. A download can be found here:

I'm not sure how stable this thing is, but it's worth a try. Otherwise, on Mac, get Anvil from:
http://trilogyrelease.bungie.org
However, if you just want to play around with some, a pretty good model is found in the link at the bottom of this post. It's called Total Carnage++.
