It's not clear to me how far you have progressed in the level. Let's start with this: Did you hit the switch next to the 1x recharger where you got the Spht card? If so did you hit the switch on the other side of the large door that the 1st switch lowers? This should take you back to the beginning of the level. More importantly, it opens another door that leads to the rest of the level.
