f.org is dead, at least for now
What to use instead counts on you, if you are looking for another hotline server i suggest hotline.psyjnir.org but their chat contains very limited quantity of marathon/bungie related stuff. But if you just want some marathon chattin' and so on i suggest the #alephone channel on the irc server irc.freenode.net.
