I can confirm at least the first level works in Linux (presumably Windows as well), the theme works (and looks great), startup music, chapter screen and background music, replacement textures, all go. Some of the terminal screens in the first level are missing images, but I can't remember if that's the way they've always been. There's no "PICT resource foo missing" message, so I'm assuming things are working as intended.

I wish I had time to play through it and help test the whole thing!
