	Question about Fusion Pistol and Water

	If I fire the fusion gun while under water, does it damage EVERYONE that's in the same body of water, regardless of distance or visibility? Like for instance, if I'm in Wrath No More, standing underwater near the Magnum and I fire a shot, will it damage a player swimming on the other end of the map, down that room with the shotgun shells and teleporter? Or does the water damage only affect enemies which are unobstructed or within a certain radius? TIA.
