Marathon poster?

Marathon poster?

I felt compelled to visit the Wikipedia article on Marathon recently, and noticed they had an awesome poster featured:

I don't know if this was an official poster or not, other than the file being called "poster." I was wondering if anyone had any information on this-- were these actually made? Is there a much larger version of that image? I assume the art on the actual Marathon CD came from the blue swirls on the top, but was it featured anywhere else?
