Third comm terminal in Arrival?

I'm playing through Marathon again thanks to M1A1, but I'm wondering about a secret. This is probably the first thing you guys figured out a decade ago, but I never found out the first time through.
How do you get to the third comm terminal / ammo room in the very bottom right of the level? I can't tell from the Spoiler guide (which still is the best FAQ out there, right?)
