Fusion Sprites for Aleph One

Fusion Sprites for Aleph One help. Hi, I'm messing with Aleph One and I'm not sure if I installed the 32bit Fusion Sprites correctly.
The directions say:
1. Move the folder with the sprites to the Aleph One folder.
2. Put the MML script in the Scripts folder.
3. Play Marathon.
I also included the model I made this with (it's a glorified lens flare effect).
I put the MML script in the Scripts folder for step 2. I put a folder called Fusion Sprites in the Aleph One folder for step 1. But I still have two files with an s3d extension. Are these the model files he mentioned and so I don't need them at all?
