Setting splash effects with MML?

Has anyone in here tried using MML to change the splash effects for the various media? The default seems to be for sets 3 and four 4 to use the same splash effects (I'm talking about the sprites here). However, I need the splash effects for set 4 to be different from those in set 3. If two sets must use the same splash sprites, it should be sets 1 and 3.

I can't find any obvious solution at the MML page.

Ideas, anybody?
