i am not sure if this still happens but i remember that this happened in previous nightly builds (and i haven't had time to test this new version yet) but well, in-game chat won't work unless i have english keyboard setting set, for example if i have Icelandic keyboard set the backslash key won't bring up chat and no key will. (at least i haven't found it) So i will always have to switch to english keyboard before playing which is rather annoying.
