Well, Gnop was compiled and playable as a game. I think the binary was just distributed freeware on the internet with the code for sale, but you could put it on a CD or something if you wanted.
That is a good question though... was Gnop! ever sold on physical media? Or, when you buy the code, did it come with a compiled version too? And in what kind of packaging? DID anybody ever buy the Gnopcode from Alex?
-Fobo should found some ascetic order of Bungieites called the Gnoptics or something.
