: Very true, it is highly unlikely that one of the Sentinels would give up the
: knowledge of the pyramid. I actually think that modern weapons can't get
: through the sentinels forcefield (considering the player can't with a
: grenade launcher and Ak-47, the nuke might have worked!). However, the
: sentinels are obviously not always in the pyramid (the Cubans were found
: deeper in the pyramid).
: So we've come to this: 1. Someone investigated the pryamid (no monsters
: awake) and gave Muller all of the info and artifacts. Muller than came in

: The sentinels issue is actually a debate of its own. The strange resemblance
: between sentinels and the zombies/ghasts? I remember reading somewhere (in
: Marathon) about some kind of dust that turned you into a zombie or
: something. Is is possible that a lot more sentinels used to operate within
: the pyramid? Not as blockades but as a society bent on keeping the pyramid
: secret? From there we can assume something happened to them... something
: not to good...
