In Response To: Re: Best Solo Maps/Scenarios (Scott Noblitt) Alrighty then... Best *solo* solo map: Marathon 1, 20 Minutes of Hell. Best damn run around killing things map I've played. Good range of enemies, well designed battle spaces and ambushes. Most other pure carnage maps I've seen are nothing more than boring symmetical/geometric pieces. This one had that M1 style Best Scenario: M1 again, Trojan. Haven't played a scenario in memory that replaced everything, *everything* so well or so coherently. RED comes close, but wasn't as fun or consistently fun to play. Everything just clicked in this one. Man I wish I could play it on OS X. |
