They're Bobs. They're all Bobs.
The engineers in colorful jumpsuits? Bobs.
The Marines with the assault rifles? Better-armed Bobs.
The immortal Sgt. Johnson? Still just another glorified Bob.
If you're human in a Bungie sci-fi RPG and you're not the big-gun-toting all-odds-defying cyborg killing machine who stars in the title, that pretty much makes you a Bob. After all, VacBobs were still Bobs, weren't they?
