PiD -- Missing Pages?

Okay, so what are the "Toadkiller Dog" and the "Staff of Malebranche"? What was in Pathways into Cheating 1.0 that wasn't in 1.0.1? Why is there no explanation for all the temporally displaced weapons?

Why is the PiD @ Bungie.org site still missing so many pages?

Can anyone tell me what that is about?
