Yes, if you change the blood spatter sound associated with the Marine's blood spatter sprite to an "umph" or somesuch sound.

Should be easy, at least with standart 'thon tools. Aleph and such doesn't work on my computer, so I'm just going off what's standard off the M:Inf CD.
