Your problem is simple: Aleph One is failing to read the MML from the Scripts folder. This happen to some people, which (fortunately) seems to be minority. You need to have all 3 chips on your inventory in order to advance to the next level (and the level after that), so picking one chip at the time won't work.

Try this: open with ResEdit the Aleph One copy you're using to play the scenario and insert the following script on one of the resources contained inside the TEXT resource (if you're creating a new resource, remember to put at the beginning and at the end):
