(I'd LOVE a new design that allowed for actual content changes without having to go back to the original designer. I wouldn't even mind a graphical links setup, like we have now, if the designer was willing to part with the original photoshop files - but it's friggin' stupid to have a design that can't be updated because the designer was NOT willing to part with those files, but is ALSO not willing to answer email requests to do the work himself. :( )
