Actually, there are two rechargers and no power-ups, now that I think about it, so oxygen shouldn't be a problem at all. The first one is in that central room you have to jump down to - the one with the pattern buffer. It's hard to imagine anyone missing that one. The second one is under water in that big open water tank - it's opposite the 2X recharger. There are 4 openings off of this tank - one in the center of each wall. One of course is the door from below. Opposite that is the access to one of Thoth's personality cells. The side alcoves containe the shield and O2 rechargers - you can clearly see them in map mode - they are about half-way up.

OK, so you've already gone down that slow moving elevator or taken the secret short-cut through the lava, you've cleared out all the mystics and inserted the chip into the chip slot. You've escaped the rising lava and found your way back to the slow moving elevator and taken it all the way to the top. Now you should be able to ride a red platform back down to the rest of the level - if it isn't moving, then I know exactly why you're stuck and it's a mistake I only made once and quickly learned my lesson. If you take the secret shortcut through the lava, it's possible to forget to lower that platform, leaving you completely trapped. In the room were you jump into the lava to take the secret shortcut there is a switch being guarded by a mystic. If you fail to flip that switch, you're out of luck. If you did flip that switch and are still stuck, well, you need only retrace your steps back to the very beginning of the level, fighting the new monsters that have been revealed by the chip insertion, until you come to a new terminal. This is the final terminal of the game (and IMO the most disappointing aspect of the game - the ending is a real let-down). Good luck!
