It's not a modding forum. Most people there are so busy filtering through 500 posts/day that they barely have time to play the game, let alone work on a scenario. When you're running a forum for the world's most popular FPS, it's not possible to hunt down and smack every idiot (Urk) or look up the answer to every question you find.
