I'm assuming that the trilogy release files are just like the files from the Trilogy Box Set, so no. But from what Steve says, you can easily remedy that by using any kind of file type/creator editor from Version Tracker or MacUpdate.

Odd though, that you'd have to do that. I'd figured that it would take standard Marathon music files unaltered.
