My love of open spaces developed long before you had a chance to corrupt my style of play. The Marathon Spoiler Guide even gives tips on how to get the monsters to fight each other. Once you learn how to get the monsters to do most of the dirty work for you, it's too much fun to go back to the "blast 'em all away" approach. Maybe we've just been playing this game too long, John, but I know a lot of hard-core Marathon fans who like the challenge of conserving ammo.
