: Test Scenario (get this)

So I've not been paying much attention - what does one do with these to get something resembling a running program? I double-click the "Engine0" app and nothing happens. I put it in the Scenario1 folder and try again and still nothing. I try dragging files into it and it doesn't work.

Am I doing it wrong or is it broken?
