Help a noob figure out Aleph ONe and M1A1?

Howdy! I played the original Marathon ten years ago... many sleepless nights with the sound of "They're everywhere!" ringing in my noggin.

I'm running OS X 10.3.7. I consider myself a pretty solid mac geek.

BUT I CAN'T GET M1A1 TO WORK! HELP!
