"Maybe" isn't helpful, so I'll just leave that word out. So, a list of story-based FPS with either botmatch or coop mode.

== A list off the top of my head:
Marathon series
Xbox Halo series
Half-Life series
Descent 3
Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon series
Metroid Hunters and Metroid Prime 2 Echoes (do they have bots/coop?)
Perfect Dark
