In Response To: Halloween Costume Help (K-chi)

Make some really thick gelatin (e.g. Jello) in an ovoid shaped bowl (like a gravy bowl). Do not eat.
When the gelatin has congealed, cover it in varnish or some other transparent resin.
Especially now, take caution to avoid contacting with mouth.
Place on chest within a frame of some sort. Pretend to interface with computers. Freak people out.
&tc, &tc.
Although, wouldn't you agree that the green glowing color Bungie chose for the minor M2D compilers and the Water texture is just beautiful? Almost too beautiful to replicate with Jello?
