Yes, but then the blame shouldn't be put on video-games, rather, I see it as the bullies are to blame. And who are these bullies? Sport freaks!!! ;)
Seriously, I would say that the guys getting bullied around all the time turned them into revengeful killing-machines. Video-games were just something they could use to escape a reality they themselves found as cruel and unfair.
Oh, and concerned parents should get the **** off their lazy asses and parent their kids better.
