Those prices are very reasonable for a custom poster of that size and quality. It used to cost hundreds to make something like that, and in dollars that were worth even more. You get what you pay for and this isn't a mass-produced mega-game series or something. I think it would be reasonable for you to charge $100 or so for the large poster, unframed. And for those who aren't familiar with how much these things cost, you can expect to pay at least as much again for framing. : Third is the hassle whenever money gets involved. Granted, T-shirts aren't a big a deal, but he had a very simple model that worked - send him the money by bank draft or whatever and he'd send you the shirt once the draft cleared.
