Is it screwed up in the Classic Environment in OS X?

Ordinarily I would suggest zapping the PRAM, but I'm not sure if OS X would also be affected by corrupted PRAM or if it bypasses those settings. There are a couple of possibilities I can think of off hand, besides the accessibility options which do indeed allow the reversing of colors. One is your ColorSync prefs, and the other is your display prefs, both of which are in the Preferences folder in your System folder. Try trashing those and see if it fixes the problem.
