: Sorry to tell you this, but QWERTY is hard wired in your brain. Learning a
: new layout is a lot like learning a new language - easy when you're very
: young, fairly easy when you're age is still in the single digits, a bit
: harder when you hit your teens and very difficult when you're an adult.
: The brain is plastic, but relearning the layout will take time. I
: understand the reasons for Dvorak, but with nearly every keyboard you will
: ever encounter being QWERTY, I wouldn't advise making the switch unless
: you have a medical reason for doing so (i.e. some fingers don't work).
What's the pros of Dvorak? Why is it better? (never heard about it before)
