Yes, Marathon just SCREAMS etheral, "as from an old dream" as the tired old saying goes. I like the disjointed, frantic poetic structure you've employed for the memories of the battles/descent into insanity; making the words sharp and clear, making them convey feeling over concept...tres chic.

My two current MaraFF projects have stalled due to events in Real Life, as well as other writing engagements. I'll be doing more serious writing and a lot of it the next 2-3 weeks (SOP's...ugh) so either I'll be too sick of writing to start them up again or the monotony of writing at work will force me to ressurect them as a creative valve. I guess we'll see what happens.
